重组马白介素-1β蛋白与其它公司提供的重组蛋白不同，rEqIL-1β蛋白产品为采用CFS的无细胞麦胚蛋白合成系统表达出来的重组蛋白，可表达出对细胞有毒性、易被蛋白酶降解的蛋白；并获得具有良好的可溶性，并有翻译后修饰、从而部分具有功能的蛋白.同时独有的全自动蛋白纯化技术则简便高效，将蛋白纯化过程中对蛋白的损伤降低到*小程度.重组马白介素-1β蛋白（全长序列）产品可用于Western Blot验证、抗体制备、蛋白检测、ELISA等试验中.

| Reconstitution | We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions. |

| Background | Interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β) is a non-secreted proinflammatory cytokine produced mainly by activated macrophages, as well as neutrophils, epithelial cells, and endothelial cells. It possesses metabolic, physiological, haematopoietic activities, and plays one of the central roles in the regulation of the immune responses. Both IL-1α and IL-1β binds to the same receptor and has similar but not identical biological properties. Recombinant equine interleukin-1 beta is a 17 kDa protein containing 153 amino acid residues and it shares 63 %~70 % a.a. sequence identity with canine, cotton rat, porcine, feline, human, mouse, rat, and rhesus IL1β. |
