重组大鼠血小板衍生生长因子-AA蛋白与其它公司提供的重组蛋白不同，rRtPDGF-AA蛋白产品为采用CFS的无细胞麦胚蛋白合成系统表达出来的重组蛋白，可表达出对细胞有毒性、易被蛋白酶降解的蛋白；并获得具有良好的可溶性，并有翻译后修饰、从而部分具有功能的蛋白.同时独有的全自动蛋白纯化技术则简便高效，将蛋白纯化过程中对蛋白的损伤降低到*小程度.重组大鼠血小板衍生生长因子-AA蛋白（全长序列）产品可用于Western Blot验证、抗体制备、蛋白检测、ELISA等试验中.
