重组大鼠白细胞介素-2，液体蛋白与其它公司提供的重组蛋白不同，rRtIL-2, Liquid蛋白产品为采用CFS的无细胞麦胚蛋白合成系统表达出来的重组蛋白，可表达出对细胞有毒性、易被蛋白酶降解的蛋白；并获得具有良好的可溶性，并有翻译后修饰、从而部分具有功能的蛋白.同时独有的全自动蛋白纯化技术则简便高效，将蛋白纯化过程中对蛋白的损伤降低到*小程度.重组大鼠白细胞介素-2，液体蛋白（全长序列）产品可用于Western Blot验证、抗体制备、蛋白检测、ELISA等试验中.

| Background | IL-2 is a powerful immunoregulatory lymphokine produced by T-cells in response to antigenic or mitogenic stimulation. It is expressed by CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, γδ T cells, B cells, dendritic cells, and eosinophils. IL-2/IL-2R signaling is required for T-cell proliferation and other fundamental functions which are essential for the immune response. The receptor for IL-2 consists of three subunits (55 kDa IL2Rα, 75 kDa IL2Rβ, 64 kDa common gamma chain γc/IL2Rγ) that are present on the cell surface in varying preformed complexes. Recombinant rat IL-2 is a 15.3 kDa protein containing 134 amino acid residues and it shares about 82 %, 66 %, 66 %, 60 % and 54 % amino acid sequence identity with mouse, human, rhesus macaque, pig and equus caballus IL-2, respectively. |
